Writing has always been the throughline for me. Long before my work in leadership, I aspired to be an author, and that drive has never left. I’m actively authoring my own private writing projects now! After 15 years in the corporate world, I’ve reached a point where those two paths no longer feel separate; instead, they’ve come together to blend my experience in leadership with my lifelong commitment to writing. This work reflects that intersection, bringing both discipline and creativity to the table in a way that offers unique perspective and expertise to clients.

At the core of my approach is a deep respect for both people and language. I understand how strong leadership requires not just insight, but the ability to communicate in a way that lands. Likewise, I approach writing and editing not as surface-level polish, but as a process of uncovering and strengthening what’s already there. Whether I’m advising a leader, refining a manuscript, or working alongside someone to develop their ideas from the ground up, my focus remains the same: bringing clarity, structure, and intention to work that matters.
